Not only is ALL the staff amazing and helpful, but the rooms with the ocean view are AMAZING!! The beach is perfect for those morning walks. We picked this place for our very 1st Christmas Family Vacation this year and we are already looking at dates to go back.

This is a great place right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is old Florida but the rooms are nicely decorated and clean.
I will definitely be back here it is my favorite spot now.

Great location. Within 5-15 walk, Publix, Caddys, Taco bus, 7-11, Sea Dog Brewery, Sea Hag, etc. Awesome views of the Gulf from the room.

We go there as often as we can. Loved the decor of our room. Like that each room has its own beachfront balcony. Good location to restaurants and entertainment.

The location was awesome we stayed in a room overlooking the Gulf. The staff very friendly, the Bar by the pool was great , the beach clean the front desk made our check-in very smoothly by a lady name Shawnie was very nice to us during our stay always willing to help and the rest of the staff very friendly. Will be back God willing.

We booked a room overlooking the Gulf the room was nice and clean the A/C a little noisy but was able to sleep thru it. The beach was really clean the staff was really friendly and alway eager to help . I want to thanks all for making our 1 week stay a great one specially Shawnie who checked us in and always helpful. A tip if you folks like fish cook it in the room go to Don's Dock by Johns Pass fresh fish all the time. Will be back!

Amazing views, spacious and clean rooms, great pool with a bar right next to it. Right on the beach. Excellent location with so much nearby. We loved it here, will definitely stay again in the future.

Great place to stay on the beach. Nice room with balcony overlooking the gulf. The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. We always stay here for our getaways. The kitchenette is fully stocked wth pots and pans plus all the cooking utensils and silverware. Was nice having a coffee maker so I brought coffee and made it in the room instead of having to go to lobby for coffee.

Great room. Quiet and romantic! Watched sunsets every night from our balcony and had coffee there every morning! Even saw dolphins one morning! Highly recommend!

100/100 for the out of the world location. You can literally walk into the beach, hear the waves clearly from your room. 5th floor has the best view. Room was good, had elaborate kitchenette, good service. We stayed for 4 days, housekeeping checked everyday if we need anything. Just I would say, they need a serious remodel for bathroom and washbasin as its old and sometimes can be irritating but reasonably priced so cant complain 😁

The resort was everything that we were looking for. It was on the beach, the pool was nice and there was a tiki bar at the pool.

Glad we were right there on the beach and were able to see beautiful sun sets.

I was very happy and surprised with this hotel. My boyfriend I stayed for the weekend, the room was very clean the view was amazing. I was very happy that there was a full size fridge along with a small stove. They also have silverware and things like that in the room for you to use, along with dish soap and small towels. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep. My only disappointment and I wouldn't even say complaint is that the pool was smaller then what I was hoping for. It looks a lot bigger from the pictures, but it's just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. I would suggest a crosswalk from the parking lot across the street because it is on a very busy street and it can be dangerous trying to cross. Even though the weather did not go in our favor it was a very nice weekend. And given the chance I will be staying at this hotel again.

This place is very well kept. They are definitely on top of everything there in the best way. The beaches are very clean and they aren't overcrowded AT ALL. You would have an amazing stay here no matter what. 10 out of 10 and I will absolutely go again. Family friendly, adult friendly, drinks are strong and pool is heated
